Pastor Eric & Mandy Gilbert
Eric & Mandy Gilbert are high school sweethearts who have lived their entire lives in south-central Kentucky.
Eric is nearing 30 years in preaching ministry and is he founding pastor of 3trees. He holds a master’s degree in Practical Theology from Oral Roberts University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry with an emphasis upon discipleship.
Mandy serves our church as a worship leader, graphic designer, communications coordinator and creative director. She has been by Eric’s side since day one and is an essential part of all things 3trees.
Together, Eric & Mandy also lead a handful of small businesses and a consultation service specializing in leadership development, staff structuring, brand management, and church growth strategies.
Eric greatly enjoys trout fishing and Mandy is especially fond of spending time with her horses. They have two teenage children. Dawson, 17, is quite the basketball player and Natalie, 19, is a budding entrepreneur.
Eric and Mandy are passionately in love, and that love is displayed in everything they do–from shared office spaces to private prayer times. We are thankful for their leadership giftings, and we are grateful to have them as our pastoral family.
