Our senior pastors, Eric & Mandy Gilbert, are high school sweethearts and have lived their entire lives in the region they now feel privileged to serve, South Central Kentucky. Together, they share a passion to provide Life-Giving ministry to rural America. 

 

Eric has served in full-time ministry for 18 years and travels quite extensively preaching at churches and conferences across the nation. Away from 3trees, he also serves on the Ministry Leaders Advisory Council of Oral Roberts University and the Board of Directors for Serving Paraguay Children's Home.

 

Mandy has been by Eric's side for the entirety of his ministry and she leads the creative ministries of our church; social media, podcasts, television and radio broadcasts, and graphic design. Outside of 3trees, she is especially fond of spending time with her horses, and she also serves other churches and businesses as an administrative and marketing consultant.

 

Residing in a farmhouse just off the banks of the Cumberland River, Eric and Mandy both enjoy trout fishing with their two children, Natalie and Dawson. Their English Springer Spaniels, Boone and Crockett, are said to rule the front yard; and their cat, Waylon, claims the backyard.
